Oversees the production process - from the creation, development, and delivery of projects - for the Copywriting team. Acts as Liaison between the production floor and managers. Also performs mentoring and coaching as needed. Provides SLA monitoring of all accounts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements. Also responsible for daily administrative tasks such as creating reports, as well as attendance and behavioral monitoring. Support department's trainers in the implementation of the New Hire Training curriculum.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Journalism, Mass Communications, Political Science or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to develop creative, strategy-driven communications while assisting in the management of the Copywriting team
- Experience in leading a team is an advantage
- Full-Time position(s) available.
