Job Description
- The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
- The position serves as a consultant of Business Units to management on human resource-related issues.
- Acts as an employee champion and change agent.
- Role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs.
- Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management
- The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.
- Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- As Employee Discipline Manager
- Hearing and resolving employee grievances;
- Counseling employees and supervisors
- Will also handle cases that can lead to potential termination:
- Integrity Issues
- Sexual Harassment or Employee Misconduct
- Non-Performance leading to termination
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduate from a reputable university
- With at least 8 years related experience in Human Resource Business partnership focusing on human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity and performance management.
- With in-depth knowledge in Labor Laws and strong Employee Relations/Discipline background
- Experience in resolving complex employee relations issue
