Job Description
- Hire and develop managers and agents
- Produce a minimum 8M in gross branch premiums annually
- Coordinate with Agency Training and Development for development programs
- Implement and promote sales drives and campaigns in coordination with Agency Development
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in any field
- With proven track record
- Ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization
- Preferably executives from Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Hotel, Banking, Real Estate, FMCG
- With high degree of professionalism
- Goal-oriented and flexible
- Driven, passionate, and can lead an amazing team
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Personable and has excellent people skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can manage time effectively and efficiently
