Job Description
The Executive Secretary will administratively work locally to the Branch Head. Successful candidate will perform tasks like (but not limited to):
- Assist Financial advisors and Unit Head Managers
- Managers interviews of new recruits
- Internal and External Personnel Interaction
- Document Filing
- Tracks and maintains important schedules
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer-literate
- Proficient in MS Word, Excell, PPT
- Strong planning skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Excellent in time-management and problem-solving skills
