Job Description
- Hire and develop managers and agents
- Produce minumum 8M in gross branch premiums annually
- Coordinate with Agency Training and Development for development programs
- Implement and promote sales drives and campaigns in coordination with Agency Development
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in any field
- At least 10 years of working experience in Sales Management
- Ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization
- High degree of professionalism
- Self-starter
- Goal-oriented and flexible
- Driven, passionate, and can lead an amazing team
