Job Description
- Lead and motivate in order to achieve individual and team goal
- Recruit and develop a sales force / financial advisors preferable with good network
- Monitors persistency of business, augments performance activity of financial advisors and crafts solutions to improve business generation and conservation
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people skills with at least 2 years work experience in sales
