Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of sales, prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Upon selection, candidates will be placed under a one-year manager program that aims to develop advisors to be successful managers and provide support in their recruitment activities. This program is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, but lack prior experience in people management.
As the company is constantly in the search for talented and committed leaders, selected applicants for this position will begin their journey in the industry with the rank of Financial Advisor but will enjoy the full support of the branch in positioning them to graduate from the program to earn the rank of Unit Head through a collaborative working environment that rewards cooperation and innovation.
Role Objectives and Key Tasks
- Client Sourcing: identify and contact potential clients in need of financial services
- Wealth Management: determine and recommend financial product and services based on their capacity and need
- Client Relation Management: cultivate and maintain good working relationship with potential clients
- Product and Skills Training: participate in all company and Insurance Commission mandated licensing and training programs
- Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening and hiring of associates
- Coordination with Unit: monthly/weekly meetings, performance monitoring, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication skills and confident in public speaking
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
- Able to manage their time well to deliver targets and deliverables
- Entrepreneurial mindset or knows the concept of "Intrapreneurship"
- Willing to learn new things and to be mentored
- Prior experience in sales preferred, but not required
- Knowledgeable and passionate about the financial services industry
