• Be able to contribute to the overall sales performance of the your unit via creative approaches to sales and marketing activities including social media marketing, original content creation, and personal image-building
• Learn about the booming markets of the Philippines to be able to provide clients with dynamic financial advice based on their interests and goals
• Contribute to the growth of and build meaningful connections with a talented and rapidly-expanding team of millennial Financial Advisors and Unit Heads that are experts in a wide range of industries

The ideal candidates we’re looking for

• Are young professionals, college graduates, or undergrads looking for job experience in a very competitive agency environment (sales and management background preferred by not required)
• Preferably have experience being in client-facing roles
• Have excellent communication skills and confident in public speaking
• Are willing to be mentored and learn about the fundamentals as well as the intricacies of sales and finance
• Preferably have track records of success (ex. Recognition, Cost-saving/Revenue generating initiatives, Org leadership and projects, etc)
