Job Description
- Directly reports to Branch Director.
- Activity Manager - Communication, Coordination & Implementation of Agency/Branch/Company related activities and initiatives to achieve productivity.
- Coordination & Communication of Recruitment Programs and On-Boarding/Training/Sales Processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- People Person - ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization
- Patient, Persistent
- Excellent written and oral English communications skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Recruitment process and assessment skills is an advantage
- Multi-tasking and comfortable working in a face paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
