Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications
The Operational Compliance Officer executes the Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures the CGIO, the Leadership Team, and employees are in compliance with the existing rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policiesan procedures and Code of Conduct are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's Group Standards and Professional Family Policy Manual (PFPM).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in managing and implementing the AML CTF Program of the Company * Assists in managing the reporting covered and suspicious transactions
- Assists in managing compliance of relevant departments with the FATCA program
- Assists in formulation, review, modification, dissemination and implementation of guidelines and policies of the Company
- Ensures business units comply with regulations and policies.
- Assists in aligning regional guidelines and issuances with Company policies and practices
- Assists the Data Privacy Officer of the Company Compliance Risk Management *
- Assists in the identification of compliance risks and formulate actions with Risk team
- Works with Risk team to monitor and guide process owners in mitigating compliance risk
- Assists in developing and promoting regular compliance awareness programs through trainings and campaigns
- Ensures that communication of regulatory/industry updates are conducted
