Job Description
- Global Advertising Manager – Creative & Content, APAC will hold the critical role of managing all traditional and digital advertising strategies and creative content development for key beauty launches throughout the year.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Creative & Content Teams and the APAC Marketing and Creative Teams.
- Ensure that all projects meet the marketing team’s strategies, are fully integrated with all other communication platforms, are within budget, are delivered on time, and fully aligned to by the key internal stakeholders of the organization.
- Report directly to the Chief Creative & Content Officer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant agency account management experience or internal client side agency management experience
- Advertising experience a must
- Experience with digital strategy and content development a plus
- Beauty experience a plus
- Must be fluent in both the verbal and written English language
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task with ability to prioritize many projects at once
- Ability to lead meetings and present creative ideas to key stakeholders
- Proactive, solution-oriented, resourceful and hands-on
- Strong communicator, with the ability to lead and influence teams and provide clear direction across many countries and cultures
- Professional, team player with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work autonomously in high volume, fast paced environments
- Ability to work remotely with key stakeholders on a Global scale.
