Job Description
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with management and associates in designated department / functional accounts.
- Serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.
- Act as an employee champion and change agent.
- Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively within HR department, the functional leader and business management. Seeks to develop integrated solutions.
- Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
- Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the department/functional unit’s strategic directions, its short / midrange to long-term plans, its challenges, risks/opportunities.
- As the Lead for Talent Management:
- Responsible for driving the development of programs, systems , policies and processes in these functional areas.
- Leads the implementation of such in support of the overall HR goals and directions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Possess at least a diploma in related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in HRMS/HRIS would be an added advantage.
- Process oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, possesses good organizational and inter-personal, communication skills and a dynamic team player.
- Skills include planning, organizing , decision making, training, facilitation, influencing, assessment
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle confidential matters.
- Proficient in English and Filipino (oral and written).
