Job Description
- Ensure efficient and coordinated clinic flow by coordinating and planning clinic activities.
- Communicate patients' needs.
- Make referrals through the Clinic system.
- Serve as a resource person of Healthcare Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Aventus products information.
- Deliver direct patient care.
- Assess patients physical, psychosocial and/or emotional needs.
- Provide patient and family information.
- Triage patients and informs Physician of patient status.
- Respond to phone messages from patients and informs Physician/s as needed.
- Order supplies through the Patient Accounts Representative.
- Stock and maintain patients' rooms.
- Sterilize instruments.
- Perform other related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has an active license.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Sta Rosa.
