Job Description
- Encoding of all APV payables to AR system for LOI and AR reports;
- Sorting of on hand checks per voucher reference, No TIN No Contract;
- Compliance for scanning and sending emails to payees regarding deposited salary/pf payment;
- Updates files for available checks on hand and filing;
- Performs related as needed or assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Finance, Financial Accounting, Accountancy or any related field;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of banking and cash handling systems and processes;
