Job Description
- Coordinates with requisitioning offices regarding manpower requirements.
- Advertises job openings.
- Maintains a filing system.
- Sorts and reviews resumes
- Schedules intreviews.
- Discusses pre-employment requirements.
- Conducts company orientation for new hires.
- Keeps track of employment status of all newly hired.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Facilitates other administrative HR functions.
- Develops and implements policies within the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in the end to end recruitment process.
- Positive working attitude.
- Hardworking, flexible, can easily adapt to the environment; patient, has the ability to deal with stress.
- Willing to work on extended hours when the need arises.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
