Job Description
- Prepare time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment
- Need to identify which facility will be most suitable for new orders
- Estimate daily production (units) according to the styles work content
- Determine the time required and the target of cutting process per style every day with the standard time and working methods as a reference
- Decide (suggest) how much order they should accept according to their production capacity.
- Allocate the total capacity or deciding how much capacity to be used for an order out of total factory capacity
- Constant control of direct labor cost
- Improves method of work and design workstation
- Research on motion study and implementation of the better system to eliminate excess motions
- Research and development for samples prior to production start
- Planning, finishing, determine scheduling process, the transfer of the sewing line to production
- Performs other merchandising functions and activities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be an Industrial Engineer (IE)
- With at least 1-years experience in garment production planning control
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized– with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
