Job Description
What You Will Do
- Recommend and select services for customers based on their individual needs
- Describe services and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
- Communicate with customers by phone and by email to understand their needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
- Complete administrative tasks as needed
- Php 30K + Monthly Uncapped Sales Bonus
Minimum Qualifications
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Ability to demonstrate self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs
- Able to consistently produce a high volume of quality work
- Capable and willing to adapt as needed to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Have a college degree (preferred but not necessary)
- Have at least 2 years sales experience or a background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) upselling, cross-selling, or retention (preferred but not necessary)
