Sales and Marketing Officer  

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for creating & implementing our sales, marketing plans and advertising activities in coordination with the Associate Manager – Sales & Marketing and should be high negotiating skills with a sound knowledge and understanding of the promotion of AUSkills at both current and new partners and customers. Should be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company’s reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products to help take our company to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, set appointments through networks and phone calls in promoting services to exceed sales goals/targets
• Contribute & organize implementation of company events, campaigns, services, and various channels that will lead to an increase in revenue
• Strengthen market potential of candidates by building applicant sources through partnership with educational institutions and agencies
• Cultivates strong relationships with potential client relationships, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
• Suggest in marketing promotional ideas for the company’s services and other useful digital platforms
• Collating, maintaining and updating company’s client & sales database
• Conducts market analysis and research through newspapers, internet, sponsorship, marketing collateral, or feedback from front-liners to build summary reports for business development
