QA Analyst  

Under the supervision of the QA Specialist, the QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring overall quality and consistency of raw materials, semi-finished goods, packaging material and finished goods of the plant.

Duties, Responsibilities, and Authorities

• Quality Check
  • Receive, inspect and analyze incoming raw and packaging materials
  • Ensure that raw and packaging materials pass quality standards
• Compliance

  • Assist in the monitoring and auditing processes, workers and production areas to ensure compliance with GMP

  • Ensures compliance to established Food Safety Management System (FSMS)

  • Ensures compliance to established Basic Occupational Safety, Health & Environment Management System (OSHE)

• Other Responsibilities
  • Provides assistance by performing various laboratory functions such as preparing materials for analysis, conduct regular laboratory analysis, maintaining proper storage of samples and other related quality control functions
  • May perform other duties as needed

Basic Relationship

• Reports to QA Specialist
• Coordinates with Production Staff
• May be assigned other tasks by the Plant Manager

• A graduate of BS Food Technology or Microbiology
• Knowledgeable in Sensory evaluation, GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
