Job Description
The multi-awarded Filipino-Origin Fine Chocolate Brand is looking for a driven WAREHOUSING AND LOGISTICS ASSISTANT to be based in Magallanes, Makati City. We offer direct hire employment with exceptional benefits and excellent career growth.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, and AUTHORITIES
- Receives actual deliveries/transfers of Products.
- Updates and monitors Physical inventory of Products.
- Releases actual items for delivery upon presentation of original Delivery Receipt.
- Prepares reports relative to: inventory, delivery, release and received items on a daily and weekly basis.
- Helps prepare materials, samples and stocks for company events.
- Deliver products and documents to clients, when necessary.
- Assist in event ingress and egress when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course (preferred: Marketing, Business Studies and Management. Logistics and Supply Chain Management)
- At least 1 year of experience in Warehousing and Logistics (inventory management, stocking procedures)
- Can navigate MS Office and Google Suite specially MS Excel and Google Sheets very well
- Strong attention to details
- Willing to be deployed to offsite deliveries, as the need arises.
- Willing to work as required beyond the normal work day
- Preferably can drive motorcycle or any four-wheeled vehicle
