Medical Grade Oxygen Plant Operator  

· Deliver plans and schedules for execution by the COO for all production, production support

· Ensure that Operations Foremen are satisfactorily informed with regard to short and medium term needs to execute the plan, including maintaining a suitable 'go to' engineer for all areas - production, etc;

· Establish weekly and four-weekly schedules highlighting key activities and milestones. Coordinate the Department plans to ensure compatibility and suitable contingencies to achieve safe production targets;

· Close liaison with production and maintenance personnel to ensure production schedules are agreed and adhered to;

· Develop, maintain and improve area and work standards and procedures. Lead and coach subordinates in this process;

· Develop a culture of continuous improvement measures in each production area and promote action around delivering targets. Lead and provide feedback on projects;

· Work as part of a team to establish and implement departmental policies, objectives and procedures; and

· Provide leadership for subordinate staff, including activities such as preparing work schedules, preparing job descriptions and assigning specific duties and tasks.

· Provide detailed and accurate reports to the COO, as needed

· Bachelor of Science in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum of 3Years as a lead Engineer in an Oxygen Plant or any related field

• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Internet operations

· Ability to manage high volume workload in fast-paced, deadline driven environment

· Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

· Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.

· Demonstrated experience for working with employees/members in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues

· Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

· Must knows how to drive (preferably both Motorcycle and 4-Wheeled Vehicles)

· Willing to relocate to Davao City

· Preferrably Male
