Job Description
- Provides direct support to the manager and employees
- Includes general administrative tasks, such as drafting documents and answering telephones and following up emails
- Prepare and send monthly report on a timely manner
- Pays miscellaneous and utility expenses
- Other duties and tasks from time to time assigned by the manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 1-year experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Proficient in using Microsoft office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
- Strong attention details
- Must be willing to do fieldworks
