Job Description

  • Provides direct support to the manager and employees
  • Includes general administrative tasks, such as drafting documents and answering telephones and following up emails
  • Prepare and send monthly report on a timely manner
  • Pays miscellaneous and utility expenses
  • Other duties and tasks from time to time assigned by the manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • At least 1-year experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
  • Strong attention details
  • Must be willing to do fieldworks
