Job Description
As a Social Media Copywriter, your main mission will be to write taglines and pinned comments for content creators and engage with fans in comment sections.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Write a range of copy (taglines, pinned comments, descriptions, etc.) across various social media platforms (predominantly on Facebook)
- Use analytics to extract compelling insights and feedback on writing
- Delve into the creator’s world and develop tailored writing guidelines
- Act as a copy editor for fellow copywriters, checking adherence to guidelines, spelling, grammar, etc.
- Be in charge of the comment sections of creators by engaging (reacting and commenting) with followers
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English with strong writing skills and attention to grammatical detail
- Passionate about writing with some experience in a similar role (internships accepted)
- Good knowledge of the major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube)
- Passionate about content creators and trends
- Understanding of how to analyze insights to drive your decisions
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively in order to manage multiple creators at once
