Digital Marketing Manager  

We are searching for an agile, results-driven, detail-oriented digital marketing manager to support and guide a multidisciplinary team of online strategists. A growth mindset is required as we expect this person to oversee direction and execution of various marketing strategies designed to reach client goals. You will also be responsible for all aspects of people and process development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, PPC strategists, and Social Media managers
• Develops, implements, and manages digital marketing campaigns designed to put clients’ brand or product in from of their target audience
• Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses analytics tools to measure success of set goals and objectives
• Provide data rich campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations
• Initiates management strategies to improve team performance
• Coordinate with other departments involved in digital marketing strategy such as content, design, and web development
• Proactively stay updated on digital marketing trends, news, and emerging technologies in order to provide thought leadership and perspective adoption where necessary and appropriate
• Determine team SWOT to come up with growth strategies and opportunities for both product and people
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end client experience across various digital channels such as, but not limited to: SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content
• Assist Division Head to achieve division goals and success
• Attend to escalations and escalated/VIP clients
• Take on digital marketing clients and projects as the need arises (escalated/VIP)
