Job Description
About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator who will suppport our US-based Sales team. You will directly report to the VP of Sales, and will be responsible for assisting the team with inbound sales calls, lead distribution, and setting appointments.
This is a remote position although we expect that you are amenable to work in the night shift following the Pacific Daylight Time/Pacific Standard Time.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound phone calls and transfer and/or assign them to the sales team
- Set appointments for sales presentations
- Research and assign inbound web inquiries
- Maintain sales voicemail box
- Manage monthly sales and spiff tracking
- Weekly updates of sales phone rotation and lead distribution list
- Track and monitor post-sales processes by sales reps
- And other additional responsibilities as needed

- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

- Goal-driven and detail-oriented
- 2 years+ sales admin/support experience preferred
- Able to take feedback and implement quickly
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
- Strong Personable Phone Voice
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines
- Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team
- Real estate experience is a strong plus
