Job Description
The Marketing Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities of August 99 divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with CEO to plan publicity strategies, reputation management and campaigns
- Write and produce presentations and press releases
- Deal with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations
- Organize and attend promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits
- Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
- Analyze media coverage
- Commission or undertake relevant market research
- Liaising with clients and management about budgets, timescales, and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
Minimum Qualifications
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills
- Presentation skills
- Initiative
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
- Awareness of different media agendas
