Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
- Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like sent home or back to work
- Monitor and record the patient's condition and assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
- Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
- Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate, Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates
- Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Coordinate with operations
- Ensure schedules and objectives are met
- Monitor operations related reports and resources
- Create reports, documentation, analyze and interpret data
- Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines,
- Will perform administrative tasks for the Operations Manager and the CEO, and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be a registered nurse with updated PRC license
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a BPO Company as health care practitioner/company nurse
- Preferably with experience in hospital set-up
- With pleasing personality
- Computer literate
