Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or Tax with 5+ years of experience as a Tax Manager,
- Having tax brevet A & B is a must, tax brevet C will be a plus In-depth understanding of corporate tax, tax compliance, indirect tax, transfer pricing, bonded-zone regulation and cross-border tax issues.
- Strong technical skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent leadership skills with strong presentation, interpersonal skills and oral / written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, prioritization, and multi-task
- Highly detailed-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Can Join immediately.
Minimum Qualifications
- Supervision, monitoring and evaluating all day-to-day tax activities.
- Developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information. The company's tax compliance, including the tax payment and the tax implications of company activities and develops strategies to minimize the tax obligations Impact management on future changes to tax regulations and possible impact to the organization.
- May managed and direct relationships with vendors / third parties. Management account, tax computation, cash flow and monthly tax estimate.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements to the individual tax authorities, external tax consultants and related parties. Supervision of financial services and operations on the company's financial reporting requirements.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns.
- Identify and mitigate tax management risks and coordinate tax audits on general tax returns
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.
