Java Developer  

We are looking for an experienced Contract Java Developer to join our Software
Development team at our Brisbane City office. You’ll climb on board a dynamic, passionate and highly motivated team of creative developers, testers, solution architects & business analysts with AGILE practises within a modern development stack to work on our international software.

Our flagship Software as a Service (SaaS) product "Enquire" is a market leader in grant, contract and project management for medium to large enterprises in the environmental, government, health, not-for-profit, community and international aid sectors.

The role will be to help design, build, test and deploy new capabilities and scalability.

The solution is composed of an Angular Web Application talking to REST-like JSON WebServices provided by Spring Boot Applications with DynamoDB and MySQL RDS backends.

Required for the role:
• 5+ years' experience with Java 8
• Experience Spring Framework and preferably Spring Boot
• OO design skills, Unit testing, Integration testing and Refactoring skills
• Experience with SQL and database design
Any of the following is an advantage:
• Some front-end development experience with Angular or a Single Page Applications
• AWS API experience

• Any workflow engine experience (AWS Step Functions, Spring State Machine, Netflix
Conductor, Activiti)
• Elastic Search
