CSR | Travel Agent | Work from home  

We are looking for an employee with 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry. Good spoken and written English skills are a must, we prefer candidates with a good understanding of ticket cancellation and change rules (we can teach refund and change commands in Galileo in case a person worked with other reservation systems). We are searching for a colleague who is willing to stay with us for more than a year, willing to learn, willing to work independently and remotely, with the ability to multitask. We will
teach how to use chat, our internal administrative tools, and reservation system commands (we have detailed instructions at place).

Job responsibilities:

• Reply to clients in chat and via email
• Call airlines to check information about flights, bookings, PCR tests etc.
• Do ticket refunds
• Do ticket exchange (voluntary and involuntary)
• Work with bookings in the reservation system (preferably Galileo, Amadeus also accepted)

• Amenable working with a morning shift (7AM-4PM)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• At least 2 years experience in a Travel Industry
• Knowledge and understanding of ticket cancellation rules and refund procedure in reservation system
• Understanding of the basics: PNR creation, segments, coupons, filed fare.
