Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative/ Virtual Assistant, you will be working with our Hospitality Account (Airbnb) to deliver a happier customer experience through phone, chat, and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer booking concerns, arrival date, and answer requests. Ensure the requests are provided upon check-in.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School/ College Graduate
- At least 1 year of working experience with Airbnb as a Customer Support
- Amenable to work with US Working hours (night shift)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
