Graphic Designer  

The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and
style and submitting them for approval
• Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Communicate with clients about layout and design
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company
logos, and websites with software such as photoshop
• Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
