Digital Advertising Specialist  

Develops and implements innovative, successful, long-term digital strategies. This person is also responsible for the ad server management, continuous funnel optimization and works closely with all major stakeholders.
The Digital Advertising Specialist needs to have an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of current marketing technologies, tools, and platforms. This is a senior role that needs to ensure that the optimization strategies are executed by the ad operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and ongoing optimization and management of Digital Advertising campaigns
for multiple clients
• Manage ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up
audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
• Analyze campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a
monthly basis
• Perform digital advertising audits
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting
priorities
• Ability to communicate professionally on client calls and via email
• Actively collaborate with the client's digital marketing person and account
managers to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
• Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
• Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
• Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital
advertising solutions

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior Digital Advertising Experience of over 3 years
• High independence with project management experience
• Manage ad spend in accordance to monthly budgets
• Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums, and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plus
• Proficient level of digital advertising and website analytical skills
• Making high-level decisions regarding audience and creative changes within the ad accounts
• Performance, root cause, and solution breakdown in response to trends
• Own and implement digital advertising campaign and support advertising initiatives to maintain ROAS goals
