Job Description
- Manage a team of technical and nontechnical recruiters.
- Manage team's KPI and ensure SLA's are met.
- Must be knowledgeable and have experience in technical recruitment as you will also be handling some recruitment requisitions under a tech vertical.
- Must improve and enhance recruitment processes - database management, sourcing, calibration, endorsement, monitoring, setting up interviews, to the job offer.
- Must have excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4-5 years of end-to-end recruitment managerial experience (technical and nontechnical roles)
- Must have excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Can work with flexible schedule from Mondays to Fridays
