Job Description
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Kalibrr, Monster, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and Github
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ skill level
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Facilitate Client calibration calls
- Endorse a minimum of 3 highly qualified candidates within 3 to 5 business days to the Hiring manager
- Administer technical assessments when necessary
- Schedule and arrange the final interviews with the hiring manager
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Compose job offer letters
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent probing, verbal/written communication skills
- Strong social media reach
- Computer engineering background (bonus);
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, including niche roles
- Willing to work on a 3-month contract (renewable depending on business needs)
