Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on the performance of all Stonewood Group websites
  • Project manage the development of new websites as and when required
  • Monitor performance of websites on a monthly basis always looking to improve on the traffic performance
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database and display advertising campaigns
  • Design and build social media pages in collaboration with our social media and content coordinator (If required)
  • Develop EDM frameworks for each business. Distribute EDM’s as required adhering to timeframes. Assist the Social Media and Content Coordinator and design team with developing EDM’s for each business (If required)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROL and KPIs)
  • Develop robust Google Adwords campaigns for every Stonewood Group business including utilising the Google Network suit of services
  • Be highly creative and motivated to manage digital marketing and promotional activities
  • Support the Marketing Manager with delivery of digitally centric campaigns to market including planning and implementation of those campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Contribute new creative growth strategies to the team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with web & digital agencies and other partners as required
  • Track leads data and conversion rates
  • Provide monthly reporting within scheduled timeframes
  • Database project management for marketing requirements including HubSpot integration
  • At all times the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for complying with company business ethics and reporting all unethical/non-compliance behaviours or undertakings to the Directors

Minimum Qualifications

​​​​​​Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Communications and Marketing or relevant in Digital Marketing qualifications or relevant industry experience
  • At least 4 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in copywriting and content development for social audiences and for SEO
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools particularly GA
  • 3-4 years of experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and analytic skills
  • Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
