Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through Email, Onsite Chat, Phone (inbound, outbound)
  • Will have daily tasks of order follow-ups
  • Will have daily tasks of estimating follow-ups

Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • E-commerce Industry Experience
  • Salesforce, Zoho Experience (or related CRM)
  • Understanding of E-commerce CMS Platforms (Magento, Shopify etc.)
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Highly comfortable with phone support
