Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through Email, Onsite Chat, Phone (inbound, outbound)
- Will have daily tasks of order follow-ups
- Will have daily tasks of estimating follow-ups
Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills:
- E-commerce Industry Experience
- Salesforce, Zoho Experience (or related CRM)
- Understanding of E-commerce CMS Platforms (Magento, Shopify etc.)
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Highly comfortable with phone support
