Sales Support Assistant  

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains leads database by entering leads profile and updating records for sales representatives.
• Maintains opportunities database where all information must be accurate and updated.
• Daily follow up on leads and opportunities from sales representatives to ensure every account status is current and updated.
• Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
• Prepares sales quotations according to the company standards for all sales representatives across states.
• Communicates with leads/customers on behalf of the sales representatives to follow up quotations or clarification of queries.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities like training and sales meetings.
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
