IT Business Analyst  

Role Summary:

The IT Business Analyst is responsible in improving current and upcoming ATRAM applications. He/she is responsible in bridging the gap between IT and the Business Units. He/she is responsible in analyzing and determining business requirements and translating them into corresponding IT solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business process and project requirements
• Translate business requirements into user stories or functional requirements
• Create process maps, user stories, and relevant documentations
• Support the IT Project Manager in delivering the project on-time, and within budget
• Facilitate UAT with the business units
• Ensure that requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Must have worked on both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Must be a team player
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies; maintain compliance awareness

• Graduate of IT-related course or applied science course (e.g. IT, engineering, math, physics)
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the development of web and mobile applications
• Must have an experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Must be familiar with agile practices and ceremonies
• Must have completed an entire SDLC
• Relevant work experience, particularly in banking or investments industry
• Experience with and understanding of project management processes/business analysis strategies and methodologies
• Knowledge of BABOK processes and concepts preferred
• Experience in system and process documentation, IT development, and project management and implementation
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both business-oriented and technology-oriented colleagues
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short- and long-term initiatives
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of Office 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve potential issues / problems
• High level of integrity
