Job Description

ATI Business Group is looking for Ticketing Staff to support our clients. If you passionate in Travel industry with prior experiences in GDS System with good communication in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Compute ticket costs and issue / reissue tickets.
  • Ensure ticketing targets are met each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess min. D3 in any major or Vocational High School with Tourism major.
  • Having work experience in the Airline or Travel industry as ticketing staff is preferable.
  • Fresh graduate(s) are welcome.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Willling to work with shifting and roster arrangement (able to work shifts that include days, night, public holidays).
  • Willing to work at Gambir, Jakarta Pusat
  • Willing to work at North Point, BSD City
