Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Menindaklanjuti setiap pertanyaan, request ataupun keluhan yang disampaikan end consumer ataupun jaringan penjualan melalui media komunikasi yang telah ditentukan.
- Mengkomunikasi informasi terkait product, technical information ataupun informasi commercial lainnya yang perlu disampaikan kepada jaringan penjualan dalam menjalankan bisnis travel insurance melalui platform bisnis yang ditentukan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait dalam menindaklanjuti proses claim yang digunakan.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Usia max 30 th.
- Pendidikan mi. S1 dari segala jurusan.
- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa.
- Lebih disukai memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai asuransi umum dan polis asuransi.
- Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Mempunyai mentalitas yang berorientasi kepada pelanggan.
