Job Description
- Conducts routine interview and counseling to students and documents the sessions accordingly
- Plans and implements appropriate interventions
- Gives feedback to Grade Level Coordinators, teachers and/or parents about interventions with students
- Coordinates with teachers/parents/ therapists for a more effective implementation of intervention plans
- Conducts case conferences when needed
- Administers standardized tests and interprets results
- Presents profiles of students based on the results of tests or routine interviews or researches conducted
- Conducts research and presents research findings to the grade level.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Guidance Counselor
- Very good in managing and counselling children
- Communicates well, both in oral and written form
- Good team player and has strong coordinating skill
- Excellent time management skill
