Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the SOSE Dean, the Project Staff will provide administrative support to the Integrated Technologies Laboratory, SOSE faculty, and students in relation to various researches.
- Prepares documents, LIB, financial reports and other budgetary requirements for particular research projects
- Maintains financial database of the SOSE Industry 4.0
- Gathers data for the research database of the School of Science and Engineering (SOSE)
- Maintains research project database of SOSE
- Prepares research reports of the SOSE
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in any Finance related course
- Skilled in oral and written communication
- Skilled in interpersonal relations
- Rudimentary knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- Proficient in MS application particularly in Excel
- Analytical, attentive to detail
- Can work independently as well as within a team
