Job Description
- Create invoices and credit memos.
- Issue them to customers by all necessary means.
- Update customers' files.
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
- Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable.
- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Accounting or Business related courses.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Quickbooks) will be appreciated.
- Excellent math ability.
- Willing to be employed for 2 months.
