Job Description
- Conducts project visit for inspection, billings and other necessary documents for transmittal
- Monitor report of any calls of complaints from client/projects and employees
- Monitor the submission of time sheets
- Monitor manpower requirements
- Evaluates of personnel performance and validates assessment through client recommendations and feedback
- Attends client and employees concern to enhance good relationship with clients
- Documentation and report generation
- Performs related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- With related work experience
- With background in Facility Management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
