Job Description
- Track building as well as anticipated long and short term improvements and maintenance.
- Regularly conduct visit and inspect projects.
- Regularly attend meetings to update project status.
- Conduct ocular inspection to probable projects target by the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Submit manpower requirements, skills, tools, materials, and consumables for the proposals to be submitted to the probable clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
- Preferably male.
- With more than 5 years working experience.
- With background in Facility Management.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
