Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting the smooth functions relating to requisition, receipt, stacking, and dispatch of goods and supplies.
- Organizing the systematic storage of material.
- Maintaining inventory of all supplies and making note of damaged goods etc.
- Coordinating with transporters and suppliers for the dispatch and procurement of goods.
- Following proper documentation and safety procedures of all warehouse functions.
- Preparing inventory report per requirement of Finance and Accounting Department.
- System Encoding (to be trained at SAGE System).
- Performing all duties assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course or related field
- Preferably physically fit male
- Experience of about 1 year in warehousing or related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Ability of following orders and completing the same in the assigned time
- Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company
- Ability to efficiently manage time and meet all deadlines
- Willing to be assigned in Pasig City
