- Graduate of Psychology or any related degree;
- With background in Facility Management, Agencies and other related industries;
- Strong experience in recruitment;
- Good communication skills both verbal and written;
- Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others;
- Personally credible with strong interpersonal skills
