Job Description
- Assist in the following:
- Timekeeping or checking for daily absences and tardiness including preparation of related reports.
- HR Concerns information dissemination (general memos only).
- Encoding of reason/s for absences and leave application.
- Filing of 201 files.
- Recruitment such as coordination for practical/actual exam.
- Managing the health facilities.
- Attend to cases coming to the office for treatment and/or medical emergencies.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- With timekeeping experience
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Willing to do first aid if needed
- Be able to have composure during any accidents
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Complete pre-employment requirements including NBI, Police or Barangay Clearance, XRay, and Drug Test
